I think that ‘48-’49 Club Coupe is the second prettiest Cadillac ever made. The prettiest is the earlier version of the same body style . But all th ree of those are very nice looking cars.

I have no idea. I found the picture on some defunct car forum . I can’t read the plate or the sign in the background, but it looks like early 70' s to me.

Interesting. The plate appears to say “Sao Paulo” and also appears to have the year of the car, which raises my eyebrows.

The apartment tower on the hill looks to be 70s vintage at the oldest, and the dark colored car on the road at left gives me an 80s-90s vibe.

I tried to blow it up to see what cars were in the back ground. All I got were pixels, 3 Beetles, and a T2 .

Going to guess the black one is a Fiat Uno/Tipo and the white one behind the yellow bug(?) is a VW Gol.
